Documentation containing information necessary to operate the software

1. INTRODUCTION

This document is a user manual for the AurumRealty software (hereinafter referred to as the software) and contains the information necessary to operate the software.

1.1. Application area

Aurum Realty is a SaaS service designed to automate real estate advertising campaigns. Aurum Realty manages all advertising systems and analyzes the company’s performance results. The advantages of AurumRealty over its analogues are its equipment with media buying tools, RealtyCall technology developed on the basis of “pixel” technology and a CPA network that unites developers and webmasters.

1.2. Brief description of features

The software has the following elements and functions:

  1. Expense dashboards;
  2. Automated creation of advertising campaigns;
  3. Viewing statistics on advertising campaigns;
  4. Editing your account balance;
  5. Creating platforms for campaign placement;
  6. Possibility of customization of TGB;

2. USER EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

No special equipment is required to access the software. The user can use any personal computer, smartphone or tablet with Internet access.

Any web browser must be installed on the device:

Displaying information is only possible if there is a connection to the Internet via a wi-fi connection or through the data network of a mobile communications provider.

3. GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING TO START USING THE SOFTWARE

To enter the software you need:

  1. Launch a web browser, and the user’s computer must be connected to the Internet.
  2. Enter the address of the software web interface into the address bar of the browser: https://adaurum.ru/account/ .
  3. Register by entering your email address and/or log in using the link: login/password.

“Advertiser” mode

Statistics
  1. Statistics on campaigns based on results. In this section, the User can view the results of advertising campaigns for the selected time interval; view statistics on sites and campaigns, as well as download a table with such statistics.
  2. Statistics on fixed placements. In this section, the User can view the results of fixed placements for the selected period: in the lines of each placement, you can see the number of impressions and clicks, and the percentage of CTR.

  1. Campaigns. In this section, the User can create an advertising campaign by filling out the fields of the “Advertising campaign setup” form. You can add a banner to each advertising campaign; to do this, you need to fill out the form and attach an image. The campaign line displays information about the placement, size and rate, as well as the start and end dates of the advertising campaign, geolocation, class of residential complex, type of property and name of the residential complex. The campaign bar has built-in keyboard shortcuts for easier control.
  2. Banners. To add a banner, click on the “New Banner” button. To do this, you need to fill in the following fields: creative name; creative title; banner registration number; link to the advertiser’s website; link to impression counter; the image and its proportions, as well as the text of the advertising creative.
  3. Media planning. Using this section, the User can approve the media development plan for their product. To draw up a media plan, you need to set the values ​​for the placement period and placement region, and select from the proposed list the sites on which the advertising campaign will be placed. In the same section you can familiarize yourself with the forecast of the results of the media plan.
  4. Applications for replenishment. In this section, the User can leave a request to the accountant to replenish the advertising budget in the software.

In this section, the User can view the results of advertising campaigns for the selected time interval. When you click on the line of an advertising placement, a bar chart for the selected period with the following columns opens in front of the User:

  1. Websites. In this section, the User can add sites to host an advertising campaign. To do this, you need to fill out a form with the page address (URL) and the proportion of advertising banner images. The lines with sites contain information with the price of a fixed placement, the maximum number of fixed placements and the number of URL masks.
  2. Withdrawal requests. In this section, the User can return the remaining funds after conducting an advertising campaign.
